A non-repayable grant to help offset the cost of education. Students can apply up to four times. Eligibility: Aged 19-24; full-time student or student with permanent disability studying at 40% course load; registered for post-secondary courses from a designated institution in an eligible program leading to certificate, diploma or degree that is at least 12 weeks long
