Indiana Commission for Higher Education
Covers tuition and mandatory fees for eligible high-value certificate programs at approved providers. Last-dollar grant, reduced by Federal Pell Grant if applicable. Eligibility: Indiana resident, U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen, high school diploma but less than a college degree, enrolled in qualifying program at eligible provider, filed FAFSA, full-time enrollment for dependent students (continuing from 2025-2026), half-time for independent students, maintain satisfactory academic progress.
