Awards are for tuition and tuition-related fees for undergraduate work only and Reserve Officer Candidate Programs. Eligibility: Dependent children of US Navy personnel (officers and enlisted). Parent must have served in Naval Air Forces and can be active duty, retired, honorably discharged, or deceased. Children must be unmarried, no older than 23, seniors from an accredited high school, and at full-time status.
