Creative Scholarship for students in law or graduate studies to celebrate the Constitution. Categories include essay, song, short film, social media video, and PSA. Eligibility: Must be enrolled in a graduate school or law school carrying 9 hours or more, seeking a graduate or law degree, age 18 and above. Open to students in all 50 states, D.C., U.S. territories, and Armed Forces schools abroad.
