Covers regular full-time tuition, technology fee, and an average value of the program fees after all other sources of gift aid are considered. Limited to eight semesters. Eligibility: South Carolina resident who graduated within the top 10% of high school class (junior or senior year), family income below $80,000, FAFSA completed by April 1, meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress, and continuous full-time enrollment.
