Eligibility: Must be a SC resident dependent undergraduate student meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress, have completed FAFSA with additional documentation, and have total adjusted gross income less than $100,000. Must be ineligible for Federal Pell Grant but demonstrate expected family contribution indicating lower middle-income status.
