New York State Tuition Assistance Program for NYS residents attending college. Eligibility: Must be a NYS resident (resident for at least 12 months immediately preceding the first term, or last two semesters of high school, or re-established within six months of military/Peace Corps/AmeriCorps service). Non-NYS residents may apply under the NYS DREAM Act. Must complete FAFSA and TAP application.
