Scholarship for Delaware residents who demonstrate financial need, attending a Delaware institution or pursuing an out-of-state degree not offered in Delaware. Eligibility: Delaware residents demonstrating financial need; must be enrolled full time at an accredited Delaware institution or pursuing a degree not offered at UD, DSU, or DTCC.
