Financial award for eligible part-time undergraduate students enrolled in at least 3 but fewer than 12 credits of degree-applicable coursework at a NYS college. Students must be matriculated, maintain a C-average (Good Academic Standing Waivers cannot be used), and apply through traditional TAP application, Alternative Eligibility Path, or NYS DREAM Act. Eligibility: Must be matriculated in eligible program at TAP-eligible NYS college; enrolled in 3-11 degree-applicable credits; maintain C-average (no waivers); capped at 12 payment points per year (excluding accelerated study). Remedial courses require at least one 3-credit course. AP/pre-college/non-matriculated credits do not count toward enrollment status.
