State grant that helps cover tuition at any Oregon community college for recent high school graduates and GED test graduates. Awarding begins in May 2026 for new students (Class of 2026). Does not cover the full cost of college attendance. Eligibility: Must begin community college within six months of high school completion or GED graduation. Must have cumulative unweighted GPA of at least 2.0 (based on seventh-semester grades). Students can only apply once based on their graduation date. SAI limit is tentatively $18,000 for Class of 2026.
