Oregon Promise
State of Oregon
A state grant that helps to cover tuition costs at any Oregon community college for recent high school graduates and GED test graduates. Eligibility: Recent high school or GED graduates; must apply during senior year or immediately after GED completion. Foster youth with out-of-state placements have residency requirement waived and 12 months to enroll (instead of 6).
