Grant for students with significant financial need who plan to attend a participating barber or beauty school in Oregon. Applicants file the FAFSA or ORSAA, list the intended school, and contact the school; information must be received by the school no later than February 1 of the award year. The number and amount of grants vary each year based on interest earned.
