Covers the cost of attendance for students pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees at SUNY, CUNY, or private institutions. Awards are reduced by other financial aid that duplicates purposes. Eligibility: For students pursuing undergraduate degrees at state-operated SUNY colleges, or graduate degrees at SUNY/CUNY or private institutions. Total awards cannot exceed total cost of attendance.
