Tuition and Fee Exemption – Children of Purple Heart Recipients

Provides up to 100% of tuition and regularly assessed fees for up to 124 semester credit-hours at Indiana public colleges and universities at the undergraduate resident tuition rate. For private, non-profit colleges, an annual award of up to $5,000 is available if the recipient graduated high school on or after January 1, 2023. Eligibility: Must be a child of a Purple Heart recipient or disabled veteran with specific service and residency requirements. Applicant must apply before turning 33 years old and maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress.
