Scholarship for South Carolina residents pursuing their first baccalaureate degree at USC. Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen, SC resident at high school graduation and during award period, graduated from an SC high school (or parent/guardian is legal SC resident), full-time undergraduate seeking first baccalaureate degree, not receiving Palmetto Fellows Scholarship, no second/subsequent alcohol or drug-related misdemeanor in past academic year, no felony convictions, not in default on federal/state aid, meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress. Freshmen must meet 2 of 3: 3.00 GPA (SC Uniform Grading Policy), SAT 1100 (CR+M) or ACT 24 (22 for Fall 2023+), top 30% graduating class.
