To apply, students must be of Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander descent and actively engage in a Pacific Islander/Polynesian/Hawaiian club or class, as either a student or teacher of native language, dance, music, or other outreach programs. Eligibility: Must be of Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander descent with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
