Award for Air Force dependents based on financial need. Eligibility: Child of active duty, Title 10 reservist on extended active duty, Title 32 guard performing full-time active duty, retired reserve, retired, or deceased Air Force service member. Must not reach age 24 during award year. Must be a high school graduate enrolled or accepted as a full-time undergraduate at an accredited college, university, vocational, or trade school.
