Annual awards of up to $6,000 through a combination of TAP award, ETA award, and match from participating private college. Colleges commit to matching up to $3,000 annually for the duration of student enrollment and freezing tuition rates throughout the award period. Eligibility: Available to ETA recipients at participating private, degree-granting colleges in New York State. Colleges must opt-in and commit to matching up to $3,000 annually and freezing tuition rates.
