Scholarship for Delaware residents pursuing majors in high-need career fields at a Delaware public or private institution. Eligibility: Delaware residents demonstrating financial need; must be enrolled full time in an eligible bachelor's degree program at a Delaware institution and pursuing a major leading to a high-need career.
