Arkansas Department of Higher Education (ADHE)
Eight-semester scholarship for undergraduates who are dependent children or spouses of eligible Arkansas heroes, including military veterans and law enforcement officers. Eligibility: Annual deadline July 1. Student must be legal Arkansas resident for at least one year before applying. Undergraduates who are dependent children or spouses of persons killed, missing in action, prisoners of war, Medal of Honor/Purple Heart recipients, or permanently disabled through military service; OR dependent children/spouses of law enforcement officers, firefighters, foresters, correctional officers, Community Punishment Department employees, Transportation Department employees, or teachers. Dependent children must be under 26 years old.
