Scholarships for children and spouses of fallen or disabled service members to cover tuition, fees, housing, meal plans, required textbooks, and tutoring services. The scholarship is based on unmet need (tuition and expenses not covered by other sources; loans and work-study are not considered financial aid). Two types available: Higher Education Scholarship for college students and Children's Fund Scholarship for K-12th grade private school or tutoring.
