Award: $2,000–$8,000

Deadline: Jul 1, 2027

The Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship is a broad-access state grant in Arkansas for students at two- and four-year institutions. Traditional high school graduates can qualify with a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher plus any standardized test score, or an ACT composite of 19 or higher. Non-traditional students with prior college credit need a 2.5 cumulative GPA, while those without prior credits use the same ACT-19 standard. Award amounts scale over four years, and additional Challenge PLUS funding is available based on FAFSA-derived Student Aid Index thresholds.
