Elevating Post-Acute Care Scholarship

To support an RN currently working in post-acute care and endeavoring to obtain a BSN degree from an accredited nursing school. Qualifications: Applicants must be a RN currently working in post-acute care; must be working towards a BSN degree or higher; the recipient of this scholarship must be a resident of the United States pursuing the degree at a U.S. institution; may not be a previous winner of this scholarship. Selection criteria: Foundation scholarship committee will evaluate applications and make selection. How to apply: Applicants must be complete the form in its entirety; include a recommendation from applicants director of nursing services, facility administrator, or similar supervisor(s) by sending them a link to the recommendation form.
