To assist part-time civil engineering students in their continuing education. Qualifications: Applicants must be currently part time enrolled in an ABET or CEAB accredited engineering program or be a graduate from such a program, and must plan to enter or continue graduate school during the current academic year. Selection criteria: Recipients are selected based on academic performance and financial need.
