Qualifications: Applicants must be currently enrolled students working toward a certificate or associate's degree provided by an accredited post-secondary institution such as a community college, career, vocational, or trade school; open to any student seeking to complete an associate’s (2-year degree) or a certificate program to begin or enhance their career.
