To provide for tuition, fees and board expenses to attend a public postsecondary educational institution in Alabama. Qualifications: Applicants must be sons, daughters, grandsons, granddaughters of veterans of World War I, World War II, Korea, or Vietnam and who are residents of Alabama; students who attend institutions having on-campus housing not eligible.
