To train graduating college seniors who plan to enter doctoral programs in economics or an affiliated field, and those enrolled in such programs. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating college seniors planning to pursue a PhD in economics or in a related field; or, current graduate students age 21 enrolled in such program for no longer than two years. How to apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form together with a resume; personal statement; one letter of recommendation from a teacher or guidance counselor. Focus: Economics; Political science.
