To recognize graduate students conducting research related to fatty acids and their derivatives, such as long-chain alcohols, amines and other nitrogen compounds. Qualifications: Nominees must be a U.S. Citizens. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee's criteria. How to apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form; letter of support from the major advisor; major Advisor Ranking Form (.docx) prepared by the major advisor; at least one letter of recommendation from an individual familiar with the candidate's accomplishments; copy of current university/college transcript showing courses and grades; abstract submitted for the current year’s AOCS Annual Meeting.
