To provide of spending at least one semester studying abroad in Israel at the Hebrew University PLC. Qualifications: Applicants must be SPA Undergraduate studying abroad at the Hebrew University with minimum 3.2 GPA. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on decisions are made by the Dean's Office at the School of Public Affairs, in conjunction with the Office of Student Financial Aid. How to apply: Applicants must submit personal statement detailing their proposed study abroad plans and rationale. Focus: Public administration.
