To support attend library-related conferences, participate in relevant professional development opportunities, or help defray the cost of library school education. Qualifications: Applicants must be educational and professional development needs of its members. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on Executive Board; basis of proven or potential ability of the applicant; promise of future usefulness and permanence in the law library field; financial need; contribution of the application to CoALL and/or the profession; need for representation by a member of CoALL at the institute/meeting; preference will be given to those who previously have not been awarded a CoALL grant, demonstrate significant financial hardship, or show how the recipient’s attendance at this event will generate significant organizational value for CoALL.
