To provide scholarships to graduates of Quillayute Valley School District or the Cape Flattery School District who are pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduate of either the Quillayute Valley School District or the Cape Flattery School District; must plan to register or be currently registered at an accredited college, university, technical or career school (part- or full-time); must demonstrate outstanding character, leadership, or scholarship.
