To support individuals involved with the Clark County "Dreamers" program or the state foster care program who plans to pursue postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must have been a dreamer participant of the i have a dream Southwest Washington program, located in Clark County, WA, or; be a child of a dreamer participant of the i have a dream Southwest Washington program, located in Clark County, WA, or; be an individual who currently or has previously been in formal, informal, or spontaneous foster care in Clark County, WA; applicants may be graduating high school seniors, current college students or planning to attend college.
