To provide college scholarships to local students. Qualifications: Applicants must have graduated (or be on track to graduate) from a high school located in the four county area of Clark county WA, Clackamas or, Washington, or Multnomah or, or be children or grandchildren of employees of instrument sales & services, inc; must continue their education at an accredited college, university, career or technical school, or apprenticeship program; have graduated from a high school in Clark county, WA; continue my education at an accredited college, university, technical or career school during the upcoming academic year; be enrolled full-time. Selection criteria: Preference will be given to applicants who: intend to continue their education at a vocational or technical school; intend to continue their career training through a trade apprenticeship program; intend to pursue a course of study leading to a career in business.
