To provide scholarships to Clark County students pursuing postsecondary education in engineering fields. Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of Clark county, WA; must plan to register or be currently registered at an accredited college, university, technical or career school; must be pursuing a degree in engineering; must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement.
