To provide have participated in the NAACP Vancouver Branch ACT-SO program. Qualifications: Applicants must be participants of the NAACP Vancouver branch ACT-so program; continue my education at an accredited college, university, historically black Colleges, technical or career school during the upcoming school year. Selection criteria: Preference will be given to ACT-SO Medalists, first generation students, and those with financial need. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form.
