To provide college scholarships to employees or children of employees of The Columbian in Vancouver, WA. Qualifications: Applicant must be an employee or child of an employee of The Columbian in Vancouver, WA; must be a high school senior, high school graduate, or current undergraduate student; must have a minimum 2.5 GPA; must continue their education at an accredited college, university, technical, or career school during the upcoming academic year. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the preference given to applicants who are planning to attend, or who have attended, Clark College or a similar educational institution.
