To support Clark County graduates pursuing degrees in music education or music performance. Qualifications: Applicants must be a graduating senior from a high school in Clark County; have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.0; continue my education at an accredited college, university, career or technical school during the upcoming school year; plan to pursue a degree in either music education or music performance.
