To help adults or juveniles gain the education they need to get ahead. Qualifications: Applicants must be adults or juveniles currently residing in Contra Costa County who have been through the criminal justice system resulting in a conviction; must be out of custody as of March 31st of the current year and not in a residential treatment program or on electronic home detention. How to apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form; if selected for consideration, applicants must provide references and documentation to support their request, including school transcripts. Focus: Criminal justice.
