To provide the opportunity to senior intelligence officers to participate in and contribute to the Council on Foreign Relations activities and events. Qualifications: Applicants must be a broader understanding of political, economic, diplomatic, and military dimensions of international affairs through engagement with CFR's fellows, members, and other experts.
