To support the students displaying financial need who are majoring in public health or nutrition science. Qualifications: Applicants must be working on degrees in health-related or public health programs; must be nominated by an FPHA active member. How to apply: Applicants must submit the completed application form together with a narrative (1-2 pages) that explains professional goals and reasons for interest in health or public health, curriculum vitae, two original letters of recommendation from two non-family references, and a copy of current transcript showing GPA. Focus: Public health.
