To provide educational assistance to participants who attend Central Piedmont Community College. Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating senior at a Communities In Schools site and must have at least one full academic year of enrollment and participation in the ThinkCOLLEGE Program (upon graduation); must have a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at the end of the first semester of senior year; must have achieved 90% of the benchmark goal for attendance set for their high school during their senior year; must plan to attend Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC.
