Award: $1,000–$2,000
To support UMC members pursuing degrees in masters of divinity. Qualifications: Applicant must be a candidate for ordination as an Elder who has successfully completed their first year of seminary and are pursuing a master of divinity degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA; preference will be given to Missouri Annual Conference candidates; applicant must be an active, full member of The United Methodist Church for at least one year; membership is determined by the date the applicant was confirmed and took membership vows with a United Methodist church. (Members of other Methodist denominations are not eligible.). Selection criteria: Preference will be given to Missouri Annual Conference candidates.
