To assist students who are completing and pursuing their degree in law school. Qualifications: Applicants must be students who are currently attending or have been accepted to an accredited law school in the United States; must be enrolled at an accredited 4-year university and have been accepted to a law school; must have academic achievement as reflected by a minimum 3.0 GPA; must be U.S. citizens. Selection criteria: Essays will be judged by a panel from Goodman Acker and associated parties. Submissions will be judged on academic achievement and essay submission. How to apply: Applicants must submit the following: complete online application form and essay; certified official copy of law school transcript or undergraduate transcript; and if entering law school, copy of acceptance letter; essay must be no more than three pages long (double spaced, Time New Roman, size 12 font) answering one of the following essay topics: "As a victim, what are the top 10 things you should ask your personal injury lawyer?" and "how would the world be different if there were no personal injury lawyers?".
