To support Hall County residents pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be Hall County resident or parent/guardian a Hall County resident; must be traditional or Non-traditional students; must have GPA of 3.5 or greater; 2 or more years left in school; must be graduating seniors, current college students, and non-traditional college students.
