To support Hall or Howard County high school graduating seniors pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating high school senior from a Hall or Howard County high school; must have GPA of 3.5 or greater; Top 50% of graduating class; school and/or community involvement; certified high school transcript required to include ACT/SAT scores, class rank, and GPA; must be graduating seniors, current college students, and non-traditional college students. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on community volunteers and score. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; should include specific essay.
