To support postgraduate students from Sherman County. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating seniors, current college students, and non-traditional college students; postgraduate student; applicant must have been a resident of Sherman County at least one year during high school; attended an accredited four-year university; applicant must be enrolled in a post-graduate college in a minimum of a two-year program to obtain an advanced degree; the applicant may be enrolled in online courses and does not have to be enrolled as a full-time post-graduate student.
