Greater Grand Island Community Foundation
To support students pursuing trade degrees at Central Community College branches. Qualifications: Applicants must be traditional or non-traditional student; must attending Central Community College in Grand Island, Hastings, or Columbus; studying welding, carpentry, mechanics, electrical, or any industrial trade; demonstrate a GPA of 2.5 or greater; must be graduating seniors, current college students, and non-traditional college students. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on community volunteers and score. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form. Focus: Construction; Education, Vocational-technical; Heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration; Mechanics and repairs; Welding.
