To support a student from the city of Shawnee who is pursuing higher education. Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating senior intending to continue his or her education through a two- or four-year college and/or technical school; must reside in the city of Shawnee or attend school in the city; must continue to attend classes and keep a 3.0 grade point average (or equivalent); must have demonstrated involvement in community leadership. How to apply: Applicant must submit a completed application form (available online), a certified transcript, and a letter of recommendation. Focus: General studies/Field of study not specified.
