To provide college scholarships to people with disabilities or people who plan to pursue a career in the developmental disability field. Qualifications: Applicant must be a resident of Jackson County, MO; must be an individual with developmental disabilities intending to further their education at a two-year or four-year college or university or a vocational or technical school, OR an individual intending to further their education at a two- or four-year college or university or a vocational or technical school whose major studies will focus on working in the developmental disability field. How to apply: Applicant must complete the general application in the scholarship portal and provide any required additional information or documents.
