Qualifications: Applicant must be a resident of the following East and Northshore Kaua’i areas of Hawaii: Anahola (96703), Kapa’a (96746), Kilauea (96754), Hanalei (96714), Princeville (96722), Kealia (96751), Wailua (96746); must be attending an accredited two- or four-year not for profit institution in the United States as an undergraduate or graduate student; must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
